The military regulation dust and sand blowing test machine, also known as the repetitive cycle sand and dust test machine, is a product used to conduct dust and sand blowing tests on various military products. It tests the safety of product operation and dust-proof performance under high wind speed conditions.

The WBE Weibang Military Specification Dust and Sand Blowing Test Machine simulates the destructive effect of natural wind and sand climate on products. It is suitable for testing the sealing performance of product shells and meets the GJB150.12 / GJB11621.7A repetitive cycle dust blowing test specifications.
Festure:

1.An imported infrared dust concentration meter is adopted to monitor the dust concentration in real time. When the dust quantity is insufficient, it will automatically replenish the dust. 
2. Microcomputer dust concentration controller; 
3. It adopts a full touch control interface, which is easy to operate and can set up 4 groups of different conditions for dust flow tests. 
4. Variable frequency blower, accurate air volume, high-speed sandblasting dedicated air nozzle, specially designed sealed dust-proof blower 15HP; 
5. Reinforced glass observation window for easy inspection (with dust scraper attached).

Test Standard:

1.Comply with standards: GB-T-4798.3-3S4 and IEC6008-2-68; 
2. It adopts a fully transparent observation window for convenient inspection. 
3. Use a special top to send dust downwards. 
4. The use of a mesh placement rack makes it convenient to arrange the test items. 
5.The horizontal area of the test chamber is large enough to ensure that dust settles uniformly on the test items within the specified limit.
