WBE Weibang Ice Water Impact Immersion Test Chamber:
1. This is applicable to the testing of product performance indicators and quality management when the product may be exposed to water at different environmental temperatures during transportation, storage or use. The water comes from conditions such as heavy rainstorms, wind-driven heavy rain, sprinkler systems, water splashed by wheels, water jets or violent waves.
2. This simulates the load conditions of the surging water when the component passes through water, ensuring the functional stability of the component under the condition of rapid cooling due to water. For instance, when a vehicle drives on a water-covered road in winter and ice water splashes onto a hot system/component, the failure mode is the mechanical rupture of the material or the failure of the seal due to different coefficients of thermal expansion.
