Application:
Military equipment, electronic devices, instruments and meters, aerospace products, battery packs, energy storage cabinets, engines
The product complies with three sand and dust test procedures:
Blowing dust - Blowing sand - Dust suppression
1.Blowing dust: It is used to study the adaptability of equipment to blowing dust (with a diameter of ≤ 149 μm).
2.Blowing sand: used to study the adaptability of equipment to the effect of blowing sand (with diameters ranging from 150um to 850um)
3.Settling dust: It is used to study the impact of settling dust (with a diameter of ≤ 105 μm) on equipment (usually electrical equipment) in areas that are covered or enclosed with almost no air flow, where dust can accumulate for a long time. Settling dust can also affect the heat dissipation of equipment with dust accumulated on the top surface. Settling dust tests are also used to verify the quality of air filters at the inlets of air pollution samplers used outdoors.
