WBE Weibang IPX9K High Temperature and High Pressure Jet Test Chamber: It is used to test the physical and other related properties of products such as buses, public transport vehicles, lamps, motorcycles and their components under the high-pressure/steam jet cleaning process conditions. After the test, the performance of the products is determined through verification to see if it meets the requirements, which is convenient for product design, improvement, verification and factory inspection.

The main function of the IPX9K high-temperature and high-pressure jet test chamber is to test the physical and other related properties of vehicles such as buses, public transport vehicles, lamps, motorcycles, and their components under the cleaning process conditions of high-pressure/steam jet cleaning. After the test, the performance of the product is determined through verification to see if it meets the requirements, which is convenient for the design, improvement, verification and factory inspection of the product.
Festure:

1.It is applicable for conducting IPX5 and IPX6 water resistance tests on products. 
2. It features an integrated structure, eliminating the need for operators to hold the spray gun during the test. Once the sample is securely fixed, the test can commence. 
3. Turntable drive: It uses high-quality domestic stepping motors. The speed and angle can be set on the touch screen (adjustable). Within the standard range, it can be precisely and continuously adjusted without steps. It can also automatically control forward and reverse rotation (forward and reverse rotation: suitable for sample power-on testing to prevent wire tangling). 
4.The test chamber is equipped with LED waterproof lighting lamps for convenient observation of the test samples. 
5. The equipment is equipped with a built-in water tank for water circulation, eliminating the need to construct a dedicated waterproof test room. The water tank is equipped with high and low water level alarm monitoring to effectively prevent the pump from running dry and getting damaged due to lack of water. 
6.The spray gun can swing up and down, and combined with the rotation of the turntable, it basically achieves full spraying on the surface of the sample.

Test Standard:

IEC60529 (IPX5 IPX6), ISO 20653 (PX5-IPX6-IPX6K), DIN 40050-9 (PX5-IPX6-IPX6K), GB4208, GB/T2423.38, and ECE international standards.

Application:
Automobile lamps, wiper performance, waterproof strips, locomotive instruments, navigation systems for the defense industry, fuse tubes for missiles, radar cone tops, rain resistance tests for the aerospace industry, and waterproof performance of electrical enclosures.
