The military specified quantitative dust fall test machine is used to determine the impact of free-falling dust on electrical products. It is suitable for simulating the environmental conditions in protective bodies or sealed places (such as living rooms, offices, laboratories, light industrial workshops, storage rooms, etc.) where there is no special dust-raising process and air movement can be ignored, and where dust may accumulate over a long period of time.

The WBE Weibangjun specified dust fall test machine periodically injects dust into the test chamber to provide a specified low concentration of dust and allows it to settle on the test items. The dust settling rate and air flow velocity are maintained within the specified limits to avoid affecting the settling of finer dust particles.
Festure:

1.It is applicable for conducting dust protection tests of IP5X and IP6X grades for products. 
2. The shell is made of high-quality domestic steel plates and its surface is coated with baked paint, which makes it both beautiful and durable. 
3. The inner box, sample rack, etc. are all made of stainless steel plates to ensure no rusting during long-term use. 
4. The door is equipped with a transparent observation window (made of tempered glass), and an LED lighting lamp is installed inside the box, which is convenient for observing the internal testing conditions. 
5.There is a replaceable dust container at the bottom of the equipment, which makes it very convenient to replace the used dust. 
6. A vibration device is installed inside the box, which can work alternately automatically to prevent dust from adhering to the box wall and from condensing. 
7. There is a vacuum tube in the box, which can perform the vacuuming action on the sample (the sample needs to reserve a vacuum hole position).

Test Standard:

1.Comply with standards: GB-T-4798.3-3S4 and IEC6008-2-68; 
2. It adopts a fully transparent observation window for convenient inspection. 
3. Use a special top to send dust downwards. 
4. The use of a mesh placement rack makes it convenient to arrange the test items. 
5.The horizontal area of the test chamber is large enough to ensure that dust settles uniformly on the test items within the specified limit.
